Fiz uma comprar na manhã do dia 12 de junho para pegar a tarde, deixei tudo pago e quando fui buscar eles não tinham nem tirado meu pedido da parede e ainda por cima venderam o coração que tinha comprado para outra pessoa. no final fiquei sem meu presente e sem uma solução do dono que só fez dizer que não poderia fazer nada.

I made a purchase on the morning of June 12th to pick up the afternoon, I left everything paid for and when I went to get them they hadn't even taken my order off the wall and on top of that they sold the heart I had bought to someone else. in the end I was left without my gift and without a solution from the owner who just said he couldn't do anything.
