★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou do interior de SP, comprei um veículo bastante específico ( mosca branca) por telefone com o proprietário da Girassol Sr. Marcos Antônio Maia, quando o veículo chegou mandei fazer uma revisão e constatamos um dos amortecedores traseiros com vazamento, a Girassol me mandou um par de amortecedores originais novos, após poucos dias de uso acendeu uma luz no painel e preferi fazer a devolução do veículo. O Sr. Marcos pagou o frete de retorno e me devolveu o valor pago na sua integralidade. Girassol Veículos eu super recomendo, não deu certo dessa vez, mas não faltará oportunidade. Marcos obrigado por sua honestidade e entendimento da situação. Grande abraço.
I'm from the interior of SP, I bought a very specific vehicle (white fly) by phone with the owner of Girassol Mr. Marcos Antônio Maia, when the vehicle arrived I had it inspected and we found one of the rear shock absorbers leaking, Girassol sent me a pair of new original shock absorbers, after a few days of use a light came on on the dashboard and I preferred to return the vehicle. Mr. Marcos paid the return shipping and refunded me the amount paid in full. Girassol Veículos I highly recommend it, it didn't work out this time, but there will be no lack of opportunity. Marcos thank you for your honesty and understanding of the situation. Big hug.
