Compra efetuada através do site dia 01/12 com pagamento confirmado e a entrega era pra ser 02/12 e hoje já é 07/12 e a compra não chegou me informaram que a peça escolhida estava com defeito e iriam efetuar o reembolso, nem o reembolso e nem as peças e eu tenho contato por todos os canais e não sou respondida por nenhum.

Uma vez tentei contato para falar sobre o pagamento que por diversas vezes estava sendo cancelado e até hoje não tive retorno nenhum, o que me deixa receosa em comprar mais vezes já que não sei se terei algum atendimento caso eu necessite. Além disso, nunca cumprem a promessa de entrega no mesmo dia da compra.
