★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor oficina da baixada. Por experiência, sei que as chamadas "bicicletarias de bairro" são os melhores lugares pra você encontrar pessoas maravilhosas, serviço de primeira e ambiente leve e descontraído. E a Giro oferece tudo isso e mais um pouco.
Recomendo de olhos fechados, deixo qualquer bicicleta na mão da Gi e equipe que eu sei que o resultado e o retorno serão incríveis.
 Best workshop in the lowland. From experience, I know that the so-called "neighborhood bike shops" are the best places to find wonderful people, first class service and a light and relaxed atmosphere. And Giro offers all that and more.
I recommend it with my eyes closed, I leave any bike in the hands of Gi and the team that I know the result and the return will be incredible.

It took me a while to find a reliable bike shop in Santos, but now I found it. Giro has a fantastic team that made me feel super comfortable answering my most silly questions, they welcomed me very well. The service was excellent, my bike looks brand new!! They really understand and are honest with every detail of the service, and that's essential.
I thank the wonderful team for the respect for the customer and all the knowledge you pass on.
My bike is perfect!!!!

Always kind and friendly service in a delicious atmosphere! Makes you want to take the bike to get fixed just to lie in the hammock under the tree having a fresh one.
