★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade dos produtos vendidos é indiscutível mantendo a mesma qualidade da loja na livraria porém, a nova loja sofreu um grande erro de planejamento e está sofrendo de um erro de gestão. As funcionárias, apesar de seus grandes esforços, aparentemente não foram treinadas adequadamente para os momentos de grande demanda, deixando completamente os clientes frustrados principalmente porque a produção dos produtos é extremamente baixa. A todo momento você irá ouvir das atendentes que não sabem se tem a grande maioria dos produtos, então elas perdem um tempo precioso com essa questão da indisponibilidade. Não existe nada pior para um cliente solicitar um produto e ele não estar disponível, ainda mais poucas horas depois do estabelecimento abrir. Mesmo para servir um pedaço de bolo, o tempo que está levando para atender ao cliente está excessivamente demorado: no meu caso, foram 30 minutos, mas conversando com outros clientes, o problema se repetiu em outros dias.
No momento, não recomendo ir até o estabelecimento nos finais de semana, feriados ou em horários de alta demanda pois nem mesmo a qualidade dos produtos conseguirá superar ainda a frustração do atendimento, infelizmente, muito ruim.

The employees, despite their great efforts, apparently were not properly trained for the moments of high demand, leaving customers completely frustrated mainly because the production of the products is extremely low. At all times you will hear from the attendants who do not know if they have the vast majority of products, so they waste precious time with this issue of unavailability. There is nothing worse for a customer to order a product and it is not available, even more so a few hours after the store opens. Even to serve a piece of cake, the time it takes to serve the customer is excessively long: in my case, it took 30 minutes, but talking to other customers, the problem was repeated on other days.
At the moment, I don't recommend going to the establishment on weekends, holidays or at times of high demand because not even the quality of the products will be able to overcome the frustration of the service, unfortunately, very bad.

Homemade ice cream is unique in town. Excellent service in a cozy place. A tip: don't let the salty ones warm up in the microwave, ask them to heat up in the Air frayer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, poso falar que conheço mais de 100 cafeterias e confeitarias de 7 Estados diferentes (RJ, SP, ES, RS, MT, MS e GO)... Com isso, acredito que posso fazer uma comparação pesada a respeito de qualidade de produtos.
Conheço muito relativamente bem os materiais usados e produtos que a Giulia e sua equipe produzem... Consumi praticamente todo o cardápio das lojas, nos quase dois meses que passei em Três Rios.
Sou um fã e posso falar sem pesar algum... -Se quiser, mais que comer um doce, ter uma experiência única de sabor e qualidade, visite as lojas dela. Um vez, duas vezes ou até dez vezes.
Sente, aprecie todo o ambiente e deguste o que mais de cem cafeterias não conseguiram me entregar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada a reclamar sobre os doces. A impressão que temos é que são feitos com máximo de técnica e dedicação. A Giu merece reconhecimento por ter apostado em Três Rios, mesmo com tanto talento. O único problema é que o atendimento via WhatsApp é muito ruim. Ela responde quando quer ou nem responde. As outras vendedoras parecem ter medo de pegar uma encomenda e passar pra ela. Não sei. Tomara que mão seja ataque de estrelismo, afinal, não é a única confeitaria competente em Três Rios. E cada vez, tenho menos vontade de fazer uma encomenda grande com ela, simplesmente porque ela parece ser a única administradora do WhatsApp e ela nem sempre responde em tempo hábil e muitas vezes nem responde. Espero que melhore. Boa sorte!

She responds when she wants to or doesn't respond at all. The other salespeople seem afraid to take an order and pass it on to her. I don't know. I hope that hand is a star attack, after all, it is not the only competent bakery in Três Rios. And each time, I have less desire to place a large order with her, simply because she seems to be the only WhatsApp admin and she doesn't always respond in a timely manner and often doesn't respond at all.
