★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A principio na hora da venda uma loja boa.. vendedor super atencioso. Mas depois vi uma falta de profissionalismo enorme do sr Romulo, proprietário da loja. Um problema surgiu, sobre uma taxa que me impôs a pagar mas que nao foi avisado na hora da compra e quando fui tentar resolver, o mesmo Sr Romulo, dono da loja, com total DESCASO na ligação me tratou super mal, me ameaçando, disse que a loja era dele e ele cobrava da forma que quisesse, repetindo que foi avisado sobre a taxa, mas so foi avisado semanas depois que comprei o carro, pois eu perguntei sobre a taxa. PÉSSIMO atendimento do dono da loja. Não vale a pena a humilhação que vc passa quando um problema surge e muito menos de quem você menos espera, o proprio dono.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aconteceu comigo a mesma coisa que o outro colega aqui nos comentários. A princípio me atenderam bem, comprei o carro à vista e eles se comprometeram em pagar a transferência do veículo. Depois de fechado o negócio, dias depois me cobraram a mudança da placa (por conta de eu ser de outro município) procedimento que faz parte do processo de transferência e eles alegaram que era algo extra. Enfim, não recomendo.
The same thing happened to me as the other colleague here in the comments. At first they served me well, I bought the car in cash and they promised to pay for the transfer of the vehicle. After the deal was closed, a few days later I was asked to change the board (because I was from another municipality), a procedure that is part of the transfer process and they claimed it was something extra. Anyway, do not recommend.
