★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi profundamente negativa com essa empresa. Solicitei um orçamento de um tampo de vidro para uma mesa, foi combinado o preço e o prazo de entrega, que seria de 10 dias.
Quando completou os 10 dias, liguei para o vendedor e perguntei se o material encomendado já estava pronto. Como resposta, foi dito que iria aguardar uma resposta do distribuidor e que me avisaria assim que tivesse a resposta.
Como a resposta não veio após um tempo razoável, entrei em contato novamente 8 dias depois, pois já havia feito 18 dias da encomenda. O vendedor, apesar de ter lido minhas mensagens, simplesmente as ignorou, não me respondendo mais daí em diante. Reiterei o pedido de informações, e fui ignorado novamente.
Fico me perguntando que tipo de profissional é este que firma o contrato com o cliente, supostamente realiza a encomenda do pedido, e depois simplesmente some e não dá nenhuma satisfação ao cliente.
Ainda bem que o pagamento combinado seria feito apenas na entrega, que nunca ocorreu.
My experience was deeply negative with this company. I asked for a quote for a glass top for a table, the price and the delivery time was agreed, which would be 10 days.
When the 10 days were up, I called the seller and asked if the material ordered was ready. In response, it was said that he would wait for a response from the distributor and that he would let me know as soon as I had the answer.
As the answer did not come after a reasonable time, I contacted again 8 days later, as I had already made 18 days of the order. The seller, despite having read my messages, simply ignored them, not responding to me from then on. I reiterated the request for information, and was ignored again.
I wonder what kind of professional is this that signs the contract with the customer, supposedly performs the order order, and then simply disappears and gives no satisfaction to the customer.
Thankfully, the combined payment would be made only on delivery, which never occurred.

E o último serviço que fez, o trabalho ficou horrível. Portas desniveladas, prateleira em espessura inferior, enfim NAO RECOMENDO

Worst service I've ever had in my life! The guy either answers or answers messages and calls! I even went to complain on Instagram they just blocked me! Make the customer out of clowns!
