Fui super bem atendida pelo canais de comunicação, fiz o pagamento de forma antecipada e no dia que fui buscar a encomenda o bolo não tinha ficado do jeito que queria( até entendo o pq do bolo ter ficado todo rachado, o que não entendo e o bolo ter ficado duro e como se fosse um bolo velho , gastei um dinheiro e infelizmente tive que jogar o bolo no lixo. Não sei se só aconteceu comigo, de resto não tenho q reclamar .
I ordered a kit for my mother's birthday on 03/26/2020. I was very well attended by the communication channels, I made the payment in advance and on the day I went to get the order the cake had not been the way I wanted (I even understand why the cake was all cracked, which I do not understand and the the cake was hard and like an old cake, I spent some money and unfortunately I had to throw the cake in the trash.
