Prometeram a entrega que não chegava e, quando cobrados, diziam que já estavam saindo pra entregar". Quando fui até a loja pessoalmente verificar o ocorria, simplesmente acharam que a entrega já havia sido feita, quando na verdade se esqueceram da dela, embora o material estivesse pronto um dia antes da data prevista. Pediram desculpas e ainda com a mesma justificativa de todos: o caminhão quebrou. Será? Enfim, por dois dias meu pedreiro ficou sem fazer nada, esperando a promessa chegar. E adivinhem quem sai perdendo?
