★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é ótimo. Visitei e achei bom. Recomendo! Só tomem cuidado porque perto desse lugar tem uma empresa muito ruim chamada OKI Brasil (antiga Itautec). Eu trabalhei nessa OKI por 4 meses e vi que é péssima. Nessa OKI Brasil tem um psicopata chamado "Fernando José Trindade". O Fernando Trindade já fez bullyings, chacotas, ataques, infernizações, perseguição, maus-tratos a colega na OKI. Tudo isso foi visto e testemunhado por várias pessoas. Ele é anti-ético e mesquinho. Já agiu como sociopata.. Ele já fez várias grosserias também.... É um desequilibrado, e muito anti-ético.. E ele já humilhou colega na OKI várias vezes. Ele gosta de falar dos defeitos das pessoas e ele já pisou e humilhou colegas várias vezes.. E dentro da OKI tem outras pessoas parecidas com ele também.. É uma empresa mal organizada, mal administrada, não tem meritocracia, não tem plano de carreira, ocorrem muitas demissões injustas e por motivo futil, ocorrem demissões em massa todo semestre, há alta rotatividade e ocorre muito assédio moral e coisas anti-éticas.
The location is great. I visited and thought it was good. I recommend! Just be careful because near this place there is a very bad company called OKI Brasil (formerly Itautec). I worked on this OKI for 4 months and I saw that it sucks. In that OKI Brasil has a psychopath named "Fernando José Trindade". Fernando Trindade has already done bullying, teasing, attacks, infernalization, persecution, mistreatment of a colleague at OKI. All this has been seen and witnessed by many people. He is unethical and petty. He has acted like a sociopath.. He has done several rude things too.... He is unbalanced, and very unethical.. And he has humiliated a colleague at OKI several times. He likes to talk about people's flaws and he has stepped on and humiliated colleagues several times.. And within OKI there are other people similar to him too.. It's a poorly organized, poorly managed company, it has no meritocracy, no career plan , there are many unfair dismissals and for futile reasons, there are mass dismissals every semester, there is high turnover and there is a lot of moral harassment and unethical things.

Estou aguardando até hoje o retorno do sr. Antonio e da Neide sobre um orçamento/fechamento, que pedi em dezembro passado.
Independente do valor do serviço, prezo pelo respeito e atenção com cada cliente. Todos são importantes.
Na experiência de trabalho com consumidor final, eu desaprovo totalmente a postura dessa empresa.

Já reclamei, mas a resposta que recebi é que é assim mesmo. Seria menos grave se não tivesse custado R$ 6 mil para isso. Experiência péssima.
I hired to close two balconies, but it was very bad, the glass doesn't close properly, you have to force it, it scrapes on the balcony railing and the finish is poor. I have already complained, but the answer I received is that it is so. It would be less serious if it had not cost R $ 6 thousand to do so. Lousy experience.
