★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do acabamento, sem falar que não dão satisfação, eu que tive que ficar ligando pra saber quando ia montar, ai respondia depois de dias, depois mudava o dia...além de tudo ainda depositaram meu cheque antes da data, o que poderia ter me prejudicado bastante. Não indico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento. Não são profissionais e não tem a mínima educação. Vou dar um toque para quem quiser fazer trabalho com eles. Anote tudo que foi falado e de preferência peça para que seja tudo feito por WhatsApp. Assim a pessoa não tem como dizer que o combinado não foi aquilo...
Eles são atrapalhados, não mantem o prazo de entrega, não sao higiênicos pois deixaram minha parede toda suja na instalação, não retira excesso de cola não limpa o espelho nem o vidro.
Eu particularmente não tive boa impressão dessa empresa e com certeza não farei outro trabalho com eles. Prefiro pagar mais caro mas ser melhor atendido e ter menos ou nenhuma dor de cabeça.
Mas também não posso ser injusto. Depois de trancos e barrancos e muita dor de cabeça eles instalaram mesmo assim.

They are disruptive, do not keep the delivery time, they are not hygienic because they left my wall all dirty in the installation, do not remove excess glue, do not clean the mirror or the glass.
I didn't particularly have a good impression of this company and I certainly won't do another job with them. I prefer to pay more, but be better served and have less or no headaches.
But I also can't be unfair. After leaps and bounds and a lot of headache they installed it anyway.

Essa vidraçaria demonstra o total desrespeito ao cliente consumidor, bem como a irresponsabilidades de seus colaboradores, não indicaria a vidraçaria Vila Augusta, nem ao meu pior inimigo. Uma estrela pois não há como dar menos. Desrespeitosos e irresponsáveis, não tem compromisso com o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO recomendo essa empresa de forma alguma. Total falta de respeito e compromisso com o consumidor. A senhora Solange que faz avaliação abaixo é a dona da empresa, por isso avalia bem. Fujam, procurem outra lugar, não gastem o dinheiro de vocês com eles. O dinheiro empregado com vcs, não tem problema, gastem com sopa.
I DO NOT recommend this company at all. Total lack of respect and commitment to the consumer. The lady Solange who makes the evaluation below is the owner of the company, so she evaluates well. Run away, look elsewhere, don't spend your money on them. The money spent on you, no problem, spend it on soup.
