★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não é de confiança. Fiz uma compra e veio tudo trocado, fiz a devolução do mesmo e eles falaram que iam devolver o dinheiro e ate agora nada, já são meses e agora nem me respondem mais.
Company is not reliable. I made a purchase and everything came back, I returned it and they said they were going to give me back the money so far, it's been months and now they do not even answer me anymore.

Antes de comprar respondem, atendem de pronto, depois que você ja compra no pós venda ignoram, não te respondem, pessima conduta, nem dão satisfação, estou ligando e mandando msgs faz 2 semanas e nem ao menos dão um retorno o pós venda é pessimo. Não recomendo, procurem outra loja

Tinha até achado um mais barato, mas fiz questão de voltar lá pq botei mais confiança no vendedor (proprietário). Fui enganada pois eu pedi pra ele verificar todos os componentes na minha frente. Ele verificou e disse que estava tudo ok. Quando cheguei em casa a fonte (carregador) estava quebrado e faltando o plug. Com certeza ele viu e ficou quieto, pq eu pedi pra conferir, mas como eu não entendo muito sobre essas coisas eu não percebi. Só digo pra. Estou mandando mensagens faz 4 dias e eles não respondem, vêem e não retornam.
Company is not reliable. DO NOT BUY. I bought a ring light with them only because the seller (Maher) had the biggest lip. I had even found a cheaper one, but I made sure to go back because I put more trust in the seller (owner). I was tricked because I asked him to check all the components in front of me. He checked and said everything was ok. When I got home the power supply (charger) was broken and the plug was missing. Sure he saw and was quiet, because I asked to check, but as I do not understand much about these things I did not realize. I just say to. I've been texting for 4 days and they don't respond, see and don't return.
