★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de papel sublimação no dia 25/11/2021 com a promoção (Black Friday entrega frete grátis) no dia 03/12/2021 a transportadora apareceu para a entrega do material, porem na hora da entrega, estavam cobrando o valor do frete valor de R$ 163,00, disse que comprei o material na promoção e que não tinha custo, mais infelizmente não puderam deixar o material e retornaram com o mesmo.
Estou precisando do papel URGENTE e até o momento não tenho o retorno do dia da entrega.
Prejuízo grande por conta deste erro grande que a GQM me causou.
