★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente no dia 15/03/19, estive na global para pagar a franquia do seguro do Carro de minha esposa que teve um Sinistro de colisão, chegando lá fui atendido pelo senhor Rafael fiz todos os trâmites legais e normais. E no mesmo dia enviei o Carro para Oficina, Sendo que daí em diante comecei a ter problemas junto a global. Porquê nunca consigo falar com a pessoa responsável e contratualmente a global tem até o dia 15/06/19, para devolver o carro e até a presente data nada foi feito no Carro e nem as peças foram compradas e todas as vezes que ligo além de ficar por pelo menos trinta minutos no telefone aguardando retorno e quando vem o retorno e sempre a mesma resposta a pessoa responsável pelo setor sempre está em horário de almoço isso Mesmo eu ligando às 16:20h. Vale ressaltar que se o prazo é de Noventa dias e o mesmo inspira em 15/06/19, qual é a posição da global quanto a este caso.
No aguardo de um retorno por parte da global.

I did not like the layout of the trailers ... you are entitled to 3 per month but only one takes you where you want ... the others are closer places ... it could be the 3 trailers where you want ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tenho direito a 4 reboques por mês, deveria ser p qualquer problema e para oficina que eu desejar, um reboque p pane seca, um para pneu furado, um mecânica e elétrica. Quanto a pane seca, meu carro não anda na reserva, que porque queima a bomba e pneu furado eu tenho estepe e sei trocar, então os 4 reboques a que tenho direito deveria ser para o que eu precisar, bateu os 4 aí sim, negar. Mesmo assim avaliar a situação e o cliente. Resenha a avaliar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quase 3 anos com essa seguradora praticamente sem usar reboque minha moto furou duas vezes consecutivo na segunda vez fui informado que não tinha direito a não ser fosse problema mecânico ainda fui induzido a mentir problema mecânico preferi ir empurrando o veículo mas pensamento e sair dessa seguradora
