O atendimento é ruim por e-mail, não te passam informações sobre o pedido já realizado e quando você tenta contato telefônico ainda ouve o vendedor gritando ao fundo (sendo grosso até com a atendente) "O que ela quer, não vou atender não, diz que não estou". Experiência péssima. Devia chamar Grosseria Embalagens kkkkk
Terrible attendance! Company to be avoided. The service is bad by e-mail, they do not give you information about the order already made and when you try to contact the phone you still hear the salesperson shouting in the background (even being thick with the attendant) "Whatever she wants, I will not answer, say I'm not ". ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem não tem a menor noção comercial de relacionamento com cliente. A empresa precisa deixar claro que não trabalha com pequenas quantidades assim evita nosso desgaste.
Se vc meu caro leitor, quiser menos de 1500 sacolas, procure outro lugar porque, essa quantidade é muito pequena para eles.
Who does not have the slightest commercial notion of customer relationship. The company needs to make it clear that it does not work with small quantities so it avoids our wear and tear.
If u my dear reader, want less than 1500 bags, look elsewhere because that amount is too small for them.

Bad service, I didn't even get the quote because I asked for a whatsapp to facilitate my quote, the seller said that if it takes work to send an email, it's not to send! From the very first appointment I had problems.
