Após cantarmos parabéns, e na hora de patir o bolo...pasmem! Meu marido mal conseguiu cortar pois, estava CONGELADA! Vergonha total perante a família e os amigos, que fizeram comentários que estavam chupando sorvete ou que se tratava de bolo sorvete ou que era uma tábua! Vergonhoso e constrangedor! Desrespeito para com o cliente! E como isso será ressarcido? Gostaria que minimamente, a gerência se manifestasse!
I had a really bad experience! I ordered a pie for my husband's birthday! I paid at the store and asked for it to be delivered at home! After we sing happy birthday, and when it's time to roll the cake ... amazing! My husband was barely able to cut it because it was FROZEN! Total shame in front of family and friends, who made comments that they were eating ice cream or that it was ice cream cake or that it was a board! Shameful and embarrassing! Disrespect for the customer! And how will this be compensated? I would like minimally, the management to speak up!
