don't pay before the service is ready, this guy is too messed up, you pay before and he does the job anyway, he's only attentive before the payment, after you pay the guy doesn't answer you anymore...

That individual and dangerous. It does not deliver anything that promises. I paid him $ 9000.00 reais and he didn't deliver half the job. Big damage, I just learned that he used my name to rent scaffolding and my name was for SPC. This will end badly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de qualidade, mas acredito que pela demanda ainda não finalizaram meu serviço que já foi pago integralmente. Enrola bastante, não atende, não responde mensagem, marca e não vai. Falta profissionalismo para finalizar um para começar outro. Aguardando finalizar o meu que colocaram uma calha menor e caindo chuva vai fazer tudo pro quintal da vizinha.
EDIT.: SERVIÇO FINALIZADO. VOLTO A NEGOCIAR.. COM ALGUMAS PRECAUÇÕES RSRS (QUALIDADE INDISCUTÍVEL)
Quality service, but I believe that due to demand, my service has not yet been completed, which has already been paid in full. It rolls a lot, doesn't answer, doesn't answer messages, dials and doesn't go. There is a lack of professionalism to finish one to start another. Waiting to finish mine, they put a smaller gutter and falling rain will do everything to the neighbor's backyard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escolhi essa empresa para fazer o telhado da minha casa por causa das belas fotos no Instagram. Contratei o serviço no mês de maio/21, o responsável me deu um prazo de 2 semanas para a entrega. Estamos em dezembro, o ano já está acabando e não finalizaram meu serviço que já foi pago integralmente. Não atende telefone, não me responde no Instagram nem no WhatsApp. Enrola bastante!!! Eu preciso ficar correndo atrás do responsável para ter algum retorno, pois ele some, desaparece. Ainda estou aguardando finalizar o serviço.
I chose this company to roof my house because of the beautiful photos on Instagram. I hired the service in May/21, the person in charge gave me a period of 2 weeks for delivery. We are in December, the year is already ending and they have not finished my service, which has already been paid in full. He doesn't answer the phone, he doesn't answer me on Instagram or WhatsApp. It rolls a lot!!! I need to be chasing the person responsible to have some return, because he disappears, disappears. I'm still waiting to finish the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um portão eletrônico com essa empresa em dezembro de 2021 com a promessa de entrega em 10 dias úteis. Paguei R$6500,00 no cartão de crédito. No mesmo dia acessei a internet e vi os comentários negativos. Tentei cancelar no mesmo dia, o sr. Maike Aloizio Santos Torres, dono da empresa disse que não seria possível e que era pra eu ficar tranquilo. Pois bem, já estamos em fevereiro e falta entregar várias peças, incluindo o motor. O portão entregue veio amassado, enferrujado e a solda muito mal feita.
Minha casa foi roubada por falta do portão.
Estou indo ao PROCON e acionando meu advogado.
Lamentável que existam empresas desse tipo.
Caso resolva meu problema, posso pensar em mudar o comentário. Até lá NÃO COMPREM NADA DESSA EMPRESA!!!
I purchased an electronic gate from this company in December 2021 with a promise of delivery within 10 business days. I paid R$6500.00 on my credit card. The same day I went online and saw the negative comments. I tried to cancel the same day, mr. Maike Aloizio Santos Torres, the company's owner, said that it wouldn't be possible and that I was supposed to be calm. Well, we are already in February and we still need to deliver several parts, including the engine. The gate delivered came dented, rusted and soldered very poorly.
My house was robbed for missing the gate.
I'm going to PROCON and calling my lawyer.
It's a shame that companies like this exist.
If it solves my problem, I might consider changing the comment. Until then, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
