★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha a empresa em si é boa em atendimento, mas deixou a desejar no quesito prestação serviço e qualidade garantida. Primeiro comprei e tive um problema com a bomba da Hidromassagem vazando, eles trocaram no dia seguinte.
Mas para minha decepção, a bomba que enviaram, também apresentou o mesmo defeito.
Estou muito decepcionado.
Look, the company itself is good in customer service, but lacking in terms of service and guaranteed quality. First I bought it and I had a problem with the Whirlpool pump leaking, they changed it the next day.
But to my disappointment, the bomb they sent also had the same defect.
I am very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma banheira e essa empresa comprou o motor da banheira da GM Garça a qual mandou motor estragado! Agora estou implorando para mandarem um técnico para fazer a troca ou pagar pelo serviço já que foi eles que mandaram com avaria, lavaram as mãos! Não indico a empresa pois não tem consideração com o cliente depois que vendem!! Caso resolvam o problema venho aqui falar! Espero não ter de resolver judicialmente!
I bought a bathtub and this company bought the bathtub motor from GM Crane which sent a damaged motor! Now I'm begging them to send a technician to do the exchange or pay for the service since they sent it with a malfunction, washed their hands! I do not recommend the company because they have no consideration for the customer after they sell!! If they solve the problem, I'll come here to talk! I hope I don't have to go to court!
