★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha filha fomos fazer uma aula experimental, mesmo sabendo que éramos totalmente ociosas, zero de atividade física, fizemos um treino que não era para nós. Resultado no outro dia minha filha não andava e mais 1 semana com muitas dores musculares e eu travei das costas. Tive que tomar antiinflamatório de injeção e mais 5 dias em casa. Não gostei, não volto mais!
My daughter and I went to an experimental class, even though we were totally idle, zero physical activity, we did a workout that wasn't for us. Result the other day my daughter couldn't walk and another week with a lot of muscle pain and my back stopped. I had to take an anti-inflammatory injection and another 5 days at home. I didn't like it, I won't be back!
