★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrumei um emprego e Não pude comparecer às aulas, pedi o reembolso e foi negado. Já tinha pago o primeiro mês de aula, mas não pude ver pq tinha que comprar o material, e como iria sair não fazia sentido comprar. Fui roubado em 150 reais. Simplesmente a escola com maior desrespeito ao cliente que existe. Não recomendo nem ao meu maior inimigo.
 I got a job and couldn't attend classes, asked for a refund and was denied. I had already paid for the first month of school, but I couldn't see why I had to buy the material, and as I was going to leave it didn't make sense to buy. I was robbed at 150 reais. Simply the school with the greatest disrespect for the customer. I don't even recommend it to my biggest enemy.

Decidi sair da escola por ter recebido uma mensagem com um tamanho desrespeito e ainda por um erro da escola. Os professores são excelentes, mas a administração péssima. Não recomendo pra ninguém estudar nessa escola.
When I started the course, the school was excellent. As time went by, the quality only dropped. I decided to leave school for having received a message with such disrespect and also for a school error. The teachers are excellent, but the administration is terrible. I don't recommend it for anyone to study at this school.

Ingressei no curso de inglês em 2018 quando iniciei a faculdade, no entanto poucos meses depois acabei não adaptando pois o método de ensino era extremamente arcaico e não tinha nenhum avanço nas aulas, fazia aulas com pessoas que mal sabiam o básico do inglês. Em 2018 compareci a unidade e solicitei o cancelamento da matricula e falaram que iriam fazer e ok. Agora 4 anos ( ABRIL 2022) vieram me procurar afirmando que nunca cancelei o contrato e que estou com 4 meses de debito em aberto mais os juros e que o cancelamento só é feito via e-mail. Quando fui cancelar presencial ninguém ao menos me informou que deveria mandar um e-mail formalizando e pq somente agora 4 anos depois estão me procurando? Se na visão deles nunca cancelei como estão abertos 4 meses de contrato e não 4 anos?
Extremely disrespectful company!!! I joined the English course in 2018 when I started college, however a few months later I ended up not adapting because the teaching method was extremely archaic and there was no progress in classes, I took classes with people who barely knew the basics of English. In 2018 I attended the unit and requested the cancellation of registration and they said they would do it and ok. Now 4 years (APRIL 2022) came to me saying that I never canceled the contract and that I have 4 months of outstanding debt plus interest and that cancellation is only done via email. When I went to cancel in person, no one even informed me that I should send an email formalizing it and why only now 4 years later are they looking for me? If in their view I never canceled how are 4 months of contract open and not 4 years?
