Imóvel devolvido a cerca de 1 mês, já possuindo outro inquilino e só enrolam para devolver o dinheiro.
Deem preferência ao quinto andar se for possível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No momento de visitar o imóvel pra alugar o atendimento é maravilhoso, mas, depois que assina o contrato a imobiliária nem fala mais com você. Tentativas de contato com administrativo referente a assuntos relativos ao imóvel é impossível! Atendimento péssimo, não te retornam em tempo hábil. Não indico a imobiliária de jeito nenhum!
When you visit the property to rent, the service is wonderful, but after you sign the contract, the realtor doesn't even talk to you anymore. Attempts to contact administrative regarding matters relating to the property is impossible! Terrible service, they don't get back to you in a timely manner. I do not recommend the real estate company at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, corre pra bem longe dessa imobiliária, sou proprietária de um imóvel que a GoBack "administra", só tive dor de cabeça até agora, quando não foi com os problemas pela não administração, agora pelo segundo mês consecutivo atraso de pagamento e o descaso total, ninguém responde, chamado, email ou whatsapp. Quebra de contrato descarado... isso na lei tem um nome. Cuidado! Não contratem essa empresa!

Pagamentos efetuados todos os meses com atraso mesmo com a contratação de "Aluguel Garantido", não respondem e-mail ou atendem o telefone e não retornam os recados. Falta de pagamento por encerramento de contrato, ausência de vistoria de saída. Desculpas sobre atrasos de pagamento informando se tratar de problemas bancários e não de sua gestão ou melhor inexistência de qualquer gestão de seus contratos.

Worst experience of all my locations. Payments made every month with delay, even with the hiring of "Guaranteed Rent", do not answer e-mails or answer the phone and do not return messages. Lack of payment for termination of contract, absence of exit inspection. Apologies about payment delays stating that they are banking problems and not their management or rather the lack of any management of their contracts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem condições de indicar essa empresa… “Aloquei” um imóvel com a GoBack Imóveis , assinei o contrato e paguei o caução. No dia de pegar a chave a corretora me informou que a proprietária tinha desistido. Como eu já tinha feito o caução, solicitei o retorno pra minha conta, porém me orientaram que necessitariam de mais alguns dias. Esperei os dias e depois pediram mais alguns dias, e até o momento não me devolveram…
Não atendem as minhas chamadas, ignoram as minhas mensagens e um fica jogando para o outro a pendência… Diversas ligações e mensagens sem sucesso…
Me deixaram na mão com o imóvel (não deram a satisfação), não prestam o atendimento quando ligamos, um fica jogando para o outro e ninguém resolve meu caso…

They don't answer my calls, ignore my messages and one keeps playing to the other the pending... Several calls and messages without success...
They let me down with the property (they didn't give the satisfaction), they don't provide the service when we call, one keeps playing for the other and no one solves my case...
