★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensa num japa muito bom e muito bem feito, é esse. A caixinha é um charme a parte.
Pedi um vegano e me surpreendi, muito diferente dos japas comuns onde na maioria das vezes tudo tem gosto de pepino e tomate seco (mesmo os comuns do gobox tem temperos surpreendentes).
Espero voltar a pedir logo
Think of a very good japa and very well done, this is it. The box is a charm apart.
I ordered a vegan and I was surprised, very different from ordinary japas where most of the time everything tastes like cucumber and sun-dried tomatoes (even the common gobox has surprising spices).
I hope to ask again soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Se não queriam vender, era só cancelarem o pedido antes de irmos buscá-lo. Desnecessária essa falta de educação.
Edit: Não queriam vender no sentido de esperarem irmos até o local para nos questionarem sobre o uso do cupom. Eu estava lá fora e pedi para o Sidnei ir devolver. Não iria aceitar o pedido depois da sua falta de educação.
Onde consta que o uso de cupom em diferentes contas prejudica outras pessoas e que elas deixam de ter desconto? Em momento algum a intenção foi prejudicar alguém.
Antiéticos e desrespeitosos foram vocês ao assumirem essas informações e tratarem o cliente como trataram. Para um mundo e um país melhor precisamos primeiro nos informar antes de tomarmos decisões e atacarmos o próximo.
Edit: Que bom que procuraram se informar e desculpas aceitas. O cupom estava lá disponível e utilizamos, se for para reclamar é melhor cancelar o pedido ou nem disponibilizar o cupom mesmo. Por fim, quem quiser se arriscar neste lugar, boa sorte. Não tive boa experiência e não recomendo para ninguém.
Terrible attendance. If they didn't want to sell, they just canceled the order before we went to get it. This lack of education is unnecessary.
Edit: They didn't want to sell in the sense of waiting for us to go to the place to ask us about the use of the coupon. I was outside and asked Sydney to return it. He would not accept the request after his lack of education.
Where does it appear that the use of coupons in different accounts harms other people and that they no longer have a discount? At no time was the intention to harm anyone.
You were unethical and disrespectful in assuming this information and treating the customer as they did. For a better world and country we must first inform ourselves before making decisions and attacking the next.
Edit: Glad you tried to find out and apologies accepted. The coupon was available there and we use it, if it is to complain it is better to cancel the order or even make the coupon available. Finally, whoever wants to take chances in this place, good luck. I haven't had a good experience and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Harumaki de Nutella é uma perdição à parte e as Dragon Balls de Salmão são uma delícia! Opções vegetarianas e veganas. Cardápio variado.
Everything impeccable! From the service to the delivery of the box that is beautiful! And how amazing is the restaurant ?! I can't wait to be able to eat there looking at the incredible posters !!!! Nutella's Harumaki is a perdition apart and the Salmon Dragon Balls are a delight! Vegetarian and vegan options. Varied menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grata surpresa em Ribeirão Preto. Atendimento impecável, muito cortês e simpático. A comida estava excelente, com o ponto do salmão irretocável e o guioza bem sequinho (os itens fritos, aliás, estavam todos bem crocantes). Recomendo muito.
Pleasant surprise in Ribeirão Preto. Impeccable service, very courteous and friendly. The food was excellent, with the perfect salmon seasoning and the gyoza very dry (the fried items, by the way, were all very crispy). I highly recommend.
