★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficina de minha confiança, sou novo na cidade já apanhei em muitas oficinas, mais lá na Gold center o atendimento é diferente, lhe dão informações de tudo que está acontecendo, guardam as peças antigas e lhe mostram, o mecânico Paulinho que é o responsável pela oficina é um cara idôneo, pessoa séria e de confiança, ou seja só concerto meu carro lá.
 A workshop I trust, I'm new in the city, I've been beaten in many workshops, but there at the Gold center the service is different, they give you information about everything that's happening, keep the old parts and show you the mechanic Paulinho, who is responsible for the garage is a reputable guy, serious and trustworthy person, in other words, I'll just fix my car there.

Do Gerente a recepcionista, pessoas totalmente despreparada p trabalhar com pessoas. A recepcionista ignorante, o gerente qdo fomos fazer a reclamação ele saiu e nos deixou falando só.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, tanto por parte do Gerente quanto do corpo de atendentes de balcão, jamais fizeram um curso de atendimento. Deixam você conversando só, não resolvem nada, atendem várias pessoas ao mesmo tempo sem solução pra nenhuma. Sem falar que são ignorantes. Me perdoem más ali não volto mais. Atenção Sr. Proprietário, análise seus funcionários.
Terrible service, both by the Manager and by the counter attendants, they never took a service course. They leave you talking alone, they don't solve anything, they serve several people at the same time with no solution for any. Not to mention they are ignorant. Forgive me but I won't be back there. Attention Mr. Owner, review your employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que preciso fazer algo no meu veículo, procuro a Gold Autocenter, sou sempre muito bem atendido pelos mecânicos, que por sinal, são muito atenciosos e honestos. Nota 10 pra vcs pessoal.
Whenever I need to do something on my vehicle, I look for Gold Autocenter, I am always very well attended by the mechanics, who, by the way, are very attentive and honest. Note 10 for you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço no geral, gastei 3.300,00 reais voltei 3 vezes para refazer os serviços e não resolveu. Levei para outra oficina para resolver os mesmos problemas.
Bad service overall, I spent 3,300.00 reais I came back 3 times to redo the services and it didn't solve. I took it to another shop to resolve the same issues.
