Poderiam ser menos apressados (mas acredito que isso dependa da demanda). São desenrolados e não tem tempo ruim, para tudo se dá um jeito! Gostam de resolver os problemas que podem surgir.

I took graduation photos with them! The effort of the company and employees to make everything happen in the best way possible is noticeable! They are polite and friendly. Could be less rushed (but I believe this depends on demand). They are unrolled and there is no bad weather, everything gets a way! They like to solve problems that may arise.
I did the makeup for the company and it was great, it helped me a lot!
