Tentei pedir uma vez e a demora no atendimento me fez completar o pedido em outro local (muito bom por sinal), hoje resolvi dar mais uma chance e novamente a demora para o atendimento via whatsapp para fechar o pedido.
Cobram embalagem por fora(o que está errado) e deram um prazo de 60 min e simplesmente não chegou. Eu entrei em contato via whatsapp e a atendente me informou que o motoboy teria saído com duas entregas para a mesma localização e que já deveria estar chegando.
Resumindo, pedi as 19:46 e o pedido chegou as 22:00. Mandei voltar e informei a atendente (que me deu total razão) que não receberia mais naquele horário uma comida que tinha saído
Horas antes para entrega.
Fiquei com fome e extremamente decepcionada. Não indico a ninguém!
Extremely upset and disappointed!
I tried to ask once and the delay in the service made me complete the order in another location (very good by the way), today I decided to give one more chance and again the delay for the service via whatsapp to close the order.
They charge outside packaging (which is wrong) and they gave a 60 min deadline and it just didn't arrive. I contacted via whatsapp and the attendant informed me that the courier would have left with two deliveries to the same location and that it should be arriving soon.
In short, I ordered at 19:46 and the order arrived at 22:00. I sent it back and informed the attendant (who gave me total reason) that I would not receive food at that time that had left
Hours before delivery.
I was hungry and extremely disappointed. I don't tell anyone!
