Tudo muito bom e de boa qualidade
Estava cansado de academias convencionais e no crossfit encontrei realmente o que procurava desde de alongamentos, mobilidade, tecnica e preparamento fisico tudo em um pacote só.

Música ambiente top e motivante além de excelentes instalações (novas) e preço bem acessível de acordo com seu bolso e disponibilidade. Faria com certeza CrossFit aqui pois me senti a vontade!
I only follow my friend's training. Attentive and dedicated professionals always with group activities which promotes well being and socialization ... Top and motivating ambient music besides excellent facilities (new) and very affordable price according to your pocket and availability. I would definitely do CrossFit here because I felt like it!
