Além do atendimento ter sido péssimo, os atendentes ficavam de risadinha no fundo da loja e quando eu cheguei proximo e olhei para eles, logo notaram que eu percebi que provavelmente o motivo das risadinhas eramos nos (eu e o meu amigo). Quando comentei na frente deles, qual era o motivo da risada, todos ficaram sem graça e finalmente começaram a trabalhar. Foi péssimo, não volto mais lá e não tenho um pingo de vontade de conhecer a outra loja. Falta de respeito total! Só não estendi o assunto , pois tenho educação e fiquei preocupado com o meu amigo ficar constrangido, mas se eu estivesse sozinho, teria sido diferente. Teria feito essa pergunta, diretamente ao gerente, já que ele estava lá no meio.
I took a friend to this store today, I confess that I regretted it bitterly. In addition to the bad service, the attendants were giggling at the back of the store and when I got close and looked at them, they soon noticed that I realized that the reason for the giggles was probably us (me and my friend). When I commented in front of them, what was the reason for the laugh, everyone was embarrassed and finally started to work. It was terrible, I don't go back there anymore and I don't feel like visiting the other store. Lack of total respect! I just didn't extend the subject, because I have an education and I was worried about my friend being embarrassed, but if I were alone, it would have been different. I would have asked that question, directly to the manager, since he was there in the middle.
