One of the best condominiums in town. The location is great on Av Jorge Amado, close to a lot of cool stuff. The building is super clean and well taken care of by the staff. Currently (June 2021) the value of the condominium is R$730 and with the punctuality discount it is R$680. The water in the apartments is individualized and the common area is complete.
