★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tinha uma encomenda (um par de sapatos) que tinha como destino a unidade Santos Dumont. Como os telefones da unidade NÃO ATENDIAM DE JEITO NENHUM, eu resolvi ligar para a unidade Galeão.
Eu fui muito bem atendido pelos profissionais ADRIANO e RAFAEL. Eles ME AJUDARAM MUITO, E, COM A AJUDA DA EQUIPE DA UNIDADE GALEÃO, FIZERAM TODOS OS TRÂMITES NECESSÁRIOS PARA EU PEGAR A ENCOMENDA NA UNIDADE SANTOS DUMONT.
Parabéns a toda a equipe da unidade Galeão (QUE ME AJUDOU COM UMA ENCOMENDA QUE NEM ERA DE RESPONSABILIDADE DESSA UNIDADE).
O único ponto negativo dessa unidade é o fato do acesso e a saída serem por vias desertas, e o transporte público ser deficiente no local (ou você mofa esperando um dos poucos ônibus que vão para a Ilha, ou você se arrisca em uma ponte deserta para ir até o BRT Fundão).
I had an order (a pair of shoes) that was destined for the Santos Dumont unit. As the unit's phones didn't ANSWER AT ALL, I decided to call the Galeão unit.
I was very well attended by professionals ADRIANO and RAFAEL. THEY HELPED ME A LOT, AND, WITH THE HELP OF THE GALEÃO UNIT'S TEAM, THEY MADE ALL NECESSARY PROCEDURES FOR ME TO PICK UP THE ORDER AT THE SANTOS DUMONT UNIT.
Congratulations to the entire team at the Galeão unit (WHICH HELPED ME WITH AN ORDER THAT WAS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THIS UNIT).
The only downside of this unit is the fact that access and exit are on deserted roads, and public transport is poor in the area (either you moan waiting for one of the few buses that go to the Island, or you risk on a deserted bridge to go to the BRT Fundão).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido tanto por telefone quanto presencialmente. Atendimento rápido e dentro do esperado para uma empresa de grande porte. O único problema é o acesso ao terminal de cargas do Galeão, mas isso não é responsabilidade da Gollog.
I was treated very well both over the phone and in person. Fast service and as expected for a large company. The only problem is access to the Galeão cargo terminal, but that is not Gollog's responsibility.

Chegando lá fui muito bem atendido pelos seguranças, muito educados e bem treinados; lembrando dos funcionários Rutchele ; David e outros que não recordo o nome, são todos educados; prestativos e totalmente profissionais .
In terms of telephone service, the Operational sector, the attendant Wallace, was very attentive; patient and helpful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super bem atendido com a senhora que me atendeu lá no Santos Dumont foi um anjo na minha vida super atenciosa só tenho agradecer infelizmente eu não peguei o nome dela senão ia parabenizar ela aqui ela trabalha no chiquinho de informações e ajuda ela remarcou a minha passagem com uma educação inexplicável um anjo na minha vida ela foi quando desembarcar próxima vez lá no Santos Dumont terei a satisfação e o prazer de lá agradecer ela mais uma vez pela ajuda que ela me deu
