★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! No atendimento inicial foram prestativos e atenciosos. Informaram que os móveis seriam embalados para proteção, mas não foram e assim houve avarias em alguns móveis durante o transporte. O pior foi o sofá que foi arrastado e alguns equipamentos ficaram bem sujos (manchas de dedos sujas). Uma TV 59' foi "embalada" por eles para proteger, mas mesmo assim foi danificada, nitidamente teve algo pontudo que bateu na tela, queimando metade da tela. Ao contata-los sobre o incidente do sofá fingiram que iriam se responsabilizar pelos danos, mas quando enviei as informações para lavagem do mesmo fui ignorada e depois de mtos dias me responderam com uma desculpa ridícula, praticamente me culpando pelo dano. Descaso total, serviço de amadores.
Terrible! In the initial service, they were helpful and attentive. They informed that the furniture would be packaged for protection, but they were not and so there was damage to some furniture during transport. The worst thing was the sofa that was dragged and some equipment was very dirty (dirty finger stains). A 59' TV was "packed" by them to protect, but even so it was damaged, clearly had something sharp that hit the screen, burning half the screen. When contacting them about the sofa incident, they pretended they would be responsible for the damage, but when I sent the information to wash the sofa I was ignored and after many days they responded with a ridiculous apology, practically blaming me for the damage. Total neglect, amateur service.
