★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima postura! Comprei uma porta pensando que a mesma tinha 0,80cm, como a da minha casa. Só depois fui perceber que em qualquer loja esse modelo é vendido com 0,82cm de largura. Daí expliquei minha necessidade, eles cortaram outra porta na medida q eu precisava, entregaram o conjunto completo com batente e retiraram a que não me servia, tudo sem custo pra mim e sem burocracia.
É isso que um cliente espera quando ele está amparado pelos prazos fixados no CDC, que o fornecedor cumpra as possibilidades sem colocar dificuldades.

Great posture! I bought a door thinking it was 0.80 cm, like the one in my house. Only later did I realize that in any store this model is sold 0.82 cm wide. Then I explained my need, they cut another door to the extent I needed it, delivered the complete set with a frame and removed the one that didn't fit me, all at no cost to me and without bureaucracy.
This is what a customer expects when he is supported by the deadlines set in the CDC, that the supplier fulfills the possibilities without posing difficulties.
