Tentei resolver com a empresa, mas eles não cumprem o que prometem. Ficam num jogo de empurra sem fim, falaram que iam enviar as fronhas como pedido, só que nada fizeram. Por fim, decidir não comprar nada deles.
I bought elastic sheets with pillowcases with embroidered strip and zipper. These specifications are included in the invoice. But they handed me the sheets with the pillowcases in the envelope pattern. I tried to settle with the company, but they don't deliver what they promise. They stay in a game of endless pushing, they said they would send the pillowcases as requested, but they did nothing. Finally, decide not to buy anything from them.
