Paga passagem de um ônibus executivo. Mais a ganância faz com que ônibus estraga e manda um ônibus bem inferior para viajar mais de 16 horas, péssima Gestão,organização irei processar e hoje dia07/02/2018 horário 02.33 da manha só Deus sabe a hora de chegar em porto

Saímos de BH às 20hs do dia 02/03/18 e chegando em Itamaraju às 11hs do dia 03/03 um caminhão estragou na pista impedindo nossa passagem e hoje 04/03 as 6hs da manhã estamos aqui até agora aguardando, pois a pista já foi liberada para carro pequenos e solicitamos que nos leve até lá, pois estamos em Teixeira de Freitas quase 2hs de lá, e eles recusam a nos levar até lá, solicitamos, nesse tempo todo, que nos liberasse alimentação e foi NEGADO, sendo que as outras companhias de ônibus disponibilizou alimentação e banho para os seus passageiros e nós ficamos sem nem receber um copo com água, disse que isso aí é nós que nos viramos. Deus queira que eu nunca mais precise dessa empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poderia estar melhor a experiência com a Gontijo, pelo menos poderia ter carregador de celular, pois é horrível a gente que viaja com criança e ter que descer correndo pra carregar o celular nos pontos de apoio
The experience with Gontijo could be better, at least there could be a cell phone charger, because it is horrible for people who travel with children and have to run down to charge the phone at the support points

Tentei hj dia 08/01/2020 trocar a passagem para dia 14/01/2020 e o sistema após a solicitação de ré impressão da passagem, não permitiu a remarcação da mesma. Qual procedimento devo tomar, pois estou querendo trocar a data e não consigo, o que a Gontijo me responde sobre isso?!
I have a ticket from Eunápolis to Goiânia on the date 09/01/2020. I tried today on 08/01/2020 to change the ticket to 01/14/2020 and the system after requesting a reprint of the ticket, did not allow rebooking. Mais os pontos de parada um roubo a população tinha que haver uma fiscalização pois tem pessoas que viajam por nescecidade e não tem dinheiro pra comer nessas parada um cafezinho 4 reais um salgado de 6 a 8 reais um prato feito de comida mais de 30 reais cadê os órgãos fiscalização pra ver isso
