★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma hamburgueria que não avisa o consumidor sobre falta de produtos já começa com o pé esquerdo. Não bastasse enviarem uma caixa de lanche SEM a bebida(alguém já comeu hambúrguer com água?), o hambúrguer em si parece um estelionato, uma chapa seca de carne e um bacon inexistente, parece que colocaram a sujeira da chapa como bacon. Além do mais, não foram capazes de pedir desculpas pela falta da bebida. Espero que esse Review sirva de alerta para quem for pedir e/ou para lembrar ao dono, que este, aliás, deve ter pedido para parentes/amigos colocar Review 5 estrelas, já que ninguém em sã consciência pode achar o tal "good burguer" sem defeitos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche é muito bom,mais já é a quarta vez que peço e a entrega é extremamente atrasada,perderam um cliente.total descaso,pois vejo que nas avaliações são muitos que reclamam de atraso.ja tem duas horas que pedi um lanche e até agora não chegou..tenho crianças pequenas..não atendem e nem respondem.infelizmente não dá nem pra cancelar pois meus filhos estão com fome.. extremamente descpcionada..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, sou adventista, minha namorada pediu para retirar o bacon de um dos lanches e eles não retiraram, quando pedi para trocar eles fizeram chacota, mandaram para o meu amigo: "quer um conselho? Tira o bacon e come", eu não recomendo a ninguém que peça em tal lugar me senti sinceramente lesado por esse estabelecimento. Disseram se tratar de uma regra da nova gerência e quando pedimos para falar com a gerência nos negaram.
Bad experience, I'm an Adventist, my girlfriend asked me to remove the bacon from one of the snacks and they didn't, when I asked to change it they made fun of it, they sent it to my friend: "Want some advice? Take the bacon and eat it", I didn't recommend to anyone to ask in such a place I felt sincerely aggrieved by this establishment. They said it was a new management rule and when we asked to speak to the management they denied us.

Exceto hoje quando erraram em um pedido, eu solicitei a troca de um dos 4 lanches que havia comprado e foram extremamente SEM EDUCAÇÃO. aparentemente estão sob nova gerência e esta deve repensar seus valores como uma empresa que presta serviços. É um absurdo a falta de educação com a qual fui tratada apenas por pedir a troca de um lanche. Liguei e inclusive desligaram na minha cara. O lanche não foi trocado e meu namorado, que por um motivo religioso, não pode comer carne de porco ficou sem comer o lanche pois se recusaram a trocar e a responder minhas mensagens. Péssimo atendimento, extremamente arrependida de ter dado preferência a essa lanchonete. ?

The lack of politeness with which I was treated just for asking for a snack exchange is absurd. I called and even hung up on my face. The snack was not exchanged and my boyfriend, who for a religious reason, cannot eat pork, was left without eating the snack as they refused to exchange and respond to my messages. Terrible service, extremely sorry for having given preference to this cafeteria. ?
