★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive que dar uma estrela porque não dá pra avaliar de outro jeito,mais o atendimento desse estabelecimento é péssimo, e tenho como provar pela minha conversa de whatsapp,eles são expressamente grosseiros com quem importuna eles com qualquer questionamento fora de horário.ou seja nem incomode porque eles lhe bloqueiam ,fui perguntar o horário de atendimento e me bloquearam ACREDITEM .Não coloquem o cachorro de vocês lá,estão escondendo algo, não existe você bloquear um futuro cliente porque pergunta o horário de atendimento,e muito estranho
I had to give it a star because I can't rate it any other way, but the service at this establishment is terrible, and I can prove by my WhatsApp conversation, they are expressly rude to those who pester them with any questions outside of hours. bother because they block you, I went to ask the opening hours and they blocked me BELIEVE. Don't put your dog there, they are hiding something, there is no blocking a future customer because they ask for the opening hours, and very strange

Se vocês tiver qualquer problema com a empresa e for reclamar eles vão te bloquear e tentam impedir que você alerte outras pessoas sobre o serviço deles.
E quando você consegue fazer a reclamação por meios oficiais ( já que eles bloqueiam no Instagram e WhatsApp) eles respondem MENTINDO !!!
NEVER DELIVER YOUR PUPPIES IN THIS PLACE !!!!
If you have any problems with the company and you are going to complain they will block you and try to prevent you from alerting others about their service.
And when you can make the complaint by official means (since they block on Instagram and WhatsApp) they respond by LYING !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estive nesse local, em janeiro, para conhecer e, possivelmente, hospedar meu cachorro.
Lugar interessante, com um espaço bom... Mas.. Cobram uma taxa só pra vc conhecer, que depois seria revertida em serviço.
Acontece que o estabelecimento disse que meu cachorro não tem perfil para ficar hospedado no local e que eu poderia usar o crédito em outro serviço... E aí, perdi o dinheiro, pois não havia outro serviço que eu quisesse desse lugar.
Nunca vi alguém cobrar pra apresentar um estabelecimento a um possível cliente.
I was there in January to meet and possibly host my dog.
Interesting place, with a good space... But... They charge a fee just for you to know, which would later be reverted to service.
It turns out that the establishment said that my dog does not have the profile to stay at the place and that I could use the credit on another service... And then, I lost the money, as there was no other service I wanted from this place.
I've never seen someone charge to introduce an establishment to a potential customer.

Eu que não deixo nenhum dos meus cachorros nesse lugar!
