The service on site is good, but they don't answer the phone and it takes until we have to go there to get the result that was to be sent by email and I think it gets lost and they don't send it. Bad service by phone, they don't even answer !!!!!!!

The receptionists need to show more pleasure, a smile, willingness to answer. Other than that, everything was great: local, the person who did my blood collection was wonderful! Delivery of results in a timely manner, very good.
