★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um açaí de 500g pelo WhatsApp com uma cobertura, cremes e alguns acompanhamentos como granola, farinha láctea, aveia... Mas quando chegou pra mim é fui comer, não tinha açaí! Veio apenas os cremes e acompanhamentos... Ao questionar no WhatsApp a resposta que eu tive foi: Você pediu cobertura, creme e acompanhamentos, mas não pediu açaí!
Confesso que jamais passou pela minha mente que ao pedir UM AÇAÍ de 500g eu deveria falar que queria que viesse também açaí no açaí que eu pedi!!!
E ficou por isso mesmo... Nada foi sugerido pelo estabelecimento para resolver e pra evitar maiores constrangimentos pra mim mesmo, resolvi ficar com meu creme de morango, granola e afins...
I ordered a 500g açaí by WhatsApp with a topping, creams and some side dishes like granola, milk flour, oatmeal... But when it arrived for me, I went to eat it, there was no açaí! Only the creams and accompaniments came... When questioning on WhatsApp, the answer I got was: You asked for topping, cream and accompaniments, but you didn't ask for açaí!
I confess that it never crossed my mind that when ordering AN AÇAÍ of 500g I should say that I wanted açaí also to come in the açaí I ordered!!!
And that's it... Nothing was suggested by the establishment to solve and to avoid further embarrassment for myself, I decided to keep my strawberry cream, granola and the like...
