A desculpa deles é que não tem entregador disponível. Se não tem entregador, isso é problema de Vocês. Não recomendo a ninguém comprar nesse estabelecimento!
Terrible. This is the third time I order a hamburger and it takes 3 hours to arrive, and I live in Marcos Freire, very close to Muribeca. Their excuse is that they don't have a courier available. If you don't have a delivery man, that's your problem. I don't recommend anyone to buy at this establishment!

Como sou brasileira e demoro p desistir, pedi hoje pela quinta vez. Nas outras 4, passaram de 1h30, mas aceitei e recebi. Hoje, já passou das 2H, e não chegou. Olha que moro no bairro vizinho!
Sem falar no descaso no WhatsApp, que vc fica falando sozinha e eles te ignoram. Já providenciei o meu jantar e qndo o lanche chegar, terá que dar meia volta... se chegar!!!
TOTAL DESRESPEITO!!!
Worst delivery service on the planet!!!
As I am Brazilian and it takes me a while to give up, I asked today for the fifth time. In the other 4, it took more than 1h30, but I accepted and received. Today, it's past 2 pm, and it hasn't arrived. Look, I live in the neighboring neighborhood!
Not to mention the neglect on WhatsApp, where you talk to yourself and they ignore you. I've already prepared my dinner and when the snack arrives, you'll have to turn around... if it arrives!!!
TOTAL DISRESPECT!!!
