★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi do meu trabalho um lanche, refri lata e cebolas fritas pelo Ifood Primeiro começou na entrega, mesmo eu fornecendo detalhes relevantes do endereço, foram no endereço errado. Depois que recebi me entregaram uma sacolinha com o lanche e a cebola e o refri de lata solto. Solicitei pelo chat que na próxima eles fornecessem uma sacolinha pra latinha e um canudo, pois tive que caminhar um bocado com a latinha na mão até a area em que eu ia consumir o lanche, porem a resposta foi essa: NÃO TRABALHAMOS COM CANUDOS, SENHOR PODE SOLICITAR UM CPO, OBG, BOA NOITE. Depois, fui abrir a caixinha de isopor pra comer o lanche, e não tinha nem um guardanapo para eu segurar o lanche, tive que comer com a mão mesmo e deixar de lado a higiene, com molhos do pão caindo, pois não tinha onde firmar o lanche, e após isso quando fui consumir as cebolas fritas, somente consegui comer uma, pois estavam TODAS muito passadas, escuras e com gosto de queimado. No final escrevi pra eles, pelo geito não trabalha nem com guardanapos né. Bom a minha vontade era de devolver as cebolas e exigir o mínimo de qualidade pra consumir o alimento pelo menos, mas eu estava no meu trabalho e sem tempo.
Conclusão: pela pouca qualidade no alimento (cebolas queimadas), falta de acessibilidade (sem canudo e não trabalha com canudo, sem guardanapos e sacola pro refri lata), falta de atenção (entrega no endereço errado) e falta de empatia e simpatia no atendimento deixo aqui uma estrelinha na nota. Frustrado com minha refeição ???
I ordered a snack from my work, refrigerated cans and fried onions through Ifood First it started on delivery, even though I provided relevant details of the address, they were at the wrong address. After I received it, they handed me a small bag with the snack and the onion and the loose canned soda. I asked through the chat that they would provide a small bag for the can and a straw next time, as I had to walk a while with the can in hand to the area where I was going to consume the snack, but the answer was this: WE DON'T WORK WITH STRAWS, SIR CAN REQUEST A CPO, OBG, GOOD NIGHT. Then, I went to open the Styrofoam box to eat the snack, and I didn't even have a napkin to hold the snack, I had to eat it with my hand and leave hygiene aside, with bread sauces falling out, as I had nowhere to confirm the snack, and after that when I went to consume the fried onions, I only managed to eat one, as they were ALL very overcooked, dark and with a burnt taste. In the end I wrote to them, so they don't even work with napkins, right. Well, my desire was to return the onions and demand a minimum of quality to consume the food at least, but I was in my job and I didn't have time.
Conclusion: due to the poor quality of the food (burnt onions), lack of accessibility (no straw and does not work with straw, no napkins and soft drink bag), lack of attention (delivery to the wrong address) and lack of empathy and sympathy in the service Here I leave a little star in the note. Frustrated with my meal ???
