★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura em si até que é boa, funcionários tbm,porém a administração é horrível, empresa sem gerência,o trabalho é muito devagar,não rende,todo mundo parado o dia todo sem fazer nada apenas matando o tempo,gerentes e encarregados andando pra lá e pra ca sem objetivo sem saber o que fazer,nesse ritmo de trabalho o futuro que segue pra essa empresa é decadente, possivelmente uma falência se não houver mudança na direção.
The structure itself is good, employees are great, but the administration is horrible, a company without management, the work is very slow, it doesn’t pay, everyone stopped all day doing nothing just killing time, managers and managers walking to there and there aimlessly without knowing what to do, at this pace of work the future that follows for this company is decadent, possibly a bankruptcy if there is no change in direction.
