Os produtos de linhas mais conceituadas estão no piso superior onde as atendentes insistem lhe ajudar até mesmo quando você não quer e não precisa de ajuda. No piso térreo os produtos mais populares, não tem o mesmo atendimento. Se tiver dúvidas, tem que caçar uma atendente e usando acha uma, ainda parece não estar a fim de atender. Precisa melhorar esse ponto, pois dá impressão de que fazem distinção de poder aquisitivo. Se eu for comprar um creme hidratante de linha importada, é um atendimento, se for uma linha nacional ou popular, eu que lute pra escolher o melhor.... Prestem atenção. Não é porque eu vou comprar um produto nacional que eu não mereço o mesmo atendimento, em contrapartida, as atendentes dos produtos importados não precisam grudar no cliente desesperadas pra empurrar produtos... outra coisa... As atendentes precisam tomar cuidado ao falar do cabelo das clientes, já vi as meninas acabando com a autoestima das clientes falando do cabelo de modo prejorativo, nem todas conseguem levar numa boa... Enfim. É uma crítica construtiva, sempre compro lá apesar disso tudo, difícil não sair dali com uma sacola de menos de 100 reais em produtos kkk. De resto, é ótima.
