★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles estão com ótimos valores, se preocupam em fazer promoções para fidelizar clientes, gerente super simpático mas não escolhem bem seus funcionários pois tem um que é negro forte, que fez meu balanciamento da última vez que só faltou dormir com as ferramentas nas mãos, enquanto o outro funcionario fez 2 carros ele ai estava retirando as rodas do meu.
They have great values, they are concerned with making promotions to retain customers, a super friendly manager but they do not choose their employees well because there is one who is strong black, who did my balancing the last time he only missed sleeping with the tools in his hands, while the other employee made 2 cars he was removing the wheels from mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Triste, contaminaram meu líquido de arrefecimento( adicionaram um liquido difere te do especificado pelo fabricante e para piorar não removeram o líquido antigo apenas baixaram um pouco e completaram com um novo.
Foi cobrado um valor absurdo para substituir, o liquido de arrefecimento, porem só foi usado 2 litros quando deveria ser 5 litros.
Colocaram fluido de freio acima do nível máximo, ocasionando derramamento do mesmo.
Sadly, they contaminated my coolant (they added a different liquid than the one specified by the manufacturer and to make matters worse they did not remove the old liquid, they just lowered it a little and added a new one.
An absurd amount was charged to replace the coolant, but only 2 liters were used when it should be 5 liters.
They put brake fluid above the maximum level, causing it to spill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive as 14 hrs no local e fui informado que se chegasse ate as 17 faria o serviço ( la fechava 18) que era apenas um alinhamento e um balanceamento.
Cheguei as 16:45 e fui informado que so atendia ate 17, reinterei 2 vezes que ainda nao ser trata do horario e tive a desagravel negativa reinterada.
Dei a volta e fui na Konticar que tive um atendimento digno de um cliente.
Nao compro mais pneu ai, nao alinho mais, nao faço mais nenhum serviço e nem indico

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Participei de uma "compra coletiva" em um famoso site do gênero, adquirindo a realização do serviço de alinhamento e balanceamento para o meu carro. Cheguei 10 minutos antes das 08 horas da manha, que seria a hora de abertura dos portões. Para uma má impressão inicial, o estabelecimento abriu com 12 minutos de atraso e o proprietário ou gerente sequer pediu escusas quanto a isso. O serviço foi feito de forma, digamos, satisfatória, sem precisar entrar em detalhes que, no geral, não o fizeram ser necessariamente ruim, mas tambem o deixam muito longe de ser ótimo. Pelo menos não quiseram condenar peças do carro sem necessidade, para realizar trocas desnecessárias e, assim, ganhar dinheiro em cima.
