Enviei uma imagem a ele para que fosse feita exatamente daquele modo (incluindo as medidas), e ele me enviou um esboço diferente do que eu pedi (com medidas e desenho diferente). Liguei para explicar, ele mal quis me ouvir dizendo que já tinha entendido e me mandou outro logo ainda mais diferente. Fiz eu mesmo uma imagem clara de como deveria ser EXATAMENTE a placa, e ele novamente me respondeu apenas com uma imagem diferente (de novo) do que eu pedi. Sem condições de confiar em alguém que não dá a devida atenção ao cliente!
Terrible service given by Marcelo. I sent him a picture so that it was done exactly that way (including the measurements), and he sent me a different sketch of what I ordered (with different measurements and drawing). I called to explain, he hardly wanted to hear me saying that he had already understood and sent me another one even more different. I made myself a clear picture of how EXACTLY the board was supposed to be, and it again just answered me with a different (again) image of what I ordered. Unable to trust someone who does not give proper attention to the customer!
