No outro dia, cheguei cedo na loja e fui atendido pelo dono, que já encaminhou o carro para a troca dos 4 pneus e o alinhamento/balanceamento. Além disso, me encaminhou para a sala de espera com TV e ar condicionado. Em pouco mais de 1h, o serviço ficou pronto e foi satisfatório. Não conhecia a loja, mas fiquei cliente e indico para outras pessoas pelo profissionalismo.
Excellent service!!! The day before, I called and was attended by the salesperson Pablo who gave me the value of the requested services. The other day, I arrived at the store early and was attended by the owner, who had already sent the car to change the 4 tires and align/balance. In addition, he referred me to the waiting room with TV and air conditioning. In just over 1 hour, the service was ready and it was satisfactory. I didn't know the store, but I became a customer and recommend it to other people for their professionalism.
