Fiz um serviço de alinhamento e balanceamento no meu carro dia 16/08/18 quando foi hoje 31/08/18 voltei pra reavaliar e os pneus todos desgastados por erro
Quando questionei sobre o serviço botou defeito no carro e disse que não podia fazer nada, sendo que troquei tudo o que pediram e agora não querem trocar os pneus
Por isso não recomendo essa loja
E ainda vou fazer uma reclamação junto a rede de lojas e a continental

I did an alignment and balancing service in my car on 08/16/18 when it was today 08/31/18 I came back to reevaluate and the tires were all worn out by mistake
When I asked about the service, it defective the car and said I couldn't do anything, since I changed everything they asked for and now they don't want to change the tires
So I don't recommend this store
And I will also make a complaint with the chain of stores and the continental

Só precisam melhorar no quesito pagamentos com uso de link de Cartão de Crédito. Presencialmente atendem normalmente, mas a distância não oferecem este tipo de modalidade de pagamento.
