★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficina bem organizada, porém o valor dos produtos e serviços são muito caros se comparados a outras oficinas de mesmo porte.
Além de não ter tido uma boa experiência na execução de um serviço específico, em que os equipamentos e ferramentas usadas tiveram que ser adaptados para a execução. Não recomendo.

Neste dia fui informado que o pneu estava na central e que seu valor seria de R$289.
Até aí tudo bem. Porém quando chegou o pneu no carro sábado fui informado que o pneu colocado seria condicionado a realização de alinhamento e balanceamento no valor de
R$140 + R$289 do pneu. Pois eles não poderiam colocar e nem vender o pneu sem garantia deles
Para mim isto é uma venda casada.
Só faço um se vc levar o outro !
Resumindo propaganda enganosa, péssimo atendimento, e desde já não recomendo esta loja da GP serviços da av Edgar faco
Não sei como funciona outras lojas do grupo. Mas deve ser uma prática semelhante

In short, false advertising, poor service, and I don't recommend this GP store Av Edgar faco
I don't know how other stores in the group work. But it must be a similar practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento além do valor altíssimo!Um alinhamento e balanceamento $180 ??? Pago $60 os dois serviços próximo da minha casa… fora que eles te obrigam a fazer um monte de serviço para concluir o alinhamento,alegando que não fica bom sem trocar uma série de peças !
Deu dó de um senhor que foi fazer um alinhamento e gastou $1800,pq alegaram que ele tinha que trocar as peças para fazer o alinhamento !
Resumindo não fiz o serviço e fui embora !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o rodízio de 2 pneus trazeiros e coloquei 2 pneus novos, porém não sei quem foi qual o nome do infeliz que me fez o serviço, cobrou pelo balanceamento e colocou um desses pneu novo trazeiro com a roda torta amassada e o cara não viu isso como que pode sendo que fez o tal do balanceamento, acabei percebendo isso depois que uma pessoa vinha logo atrás do meu carro e me avisou disso é brincadeira, aí como moro longe da GP Serviços , tive que pagar pra tirar a roda do step e colocar no lugar desta, fiquem atentos ?
I did the rotation of 2 rear tires and put 2 new tires, but I don't know who was the name of the unfortunate who did the service, charged for the balancing and put one of those new rear tire with the bent wheel dented and the guy didn't see it how can it be that he did the balancing thing, I ended up realizing this after a person came right behind my car and warned me that it's a joke, then as I live far from GP Serviços, I had to pay to take the wheel off the step and put it on instead of this one, stay tuned ?
