Fui fazer a montagem dos pneus e balanceamento. Preço razoável. Mas na desmontagem das rodas ele pingou óleo na pinça de freio e rasgou a coifa de borracha. Orçamento de 1mil reais para solucionar o problema que ele mesmo fez teatro. Só não arrumei confusão pois Deus dará o dobro para eles. Iria levar outro carro pra fazer o serviço. Mas perdeu o cliente e vou falar mal para todos em minha rede social automotiva com 50 mil seguidores.
Vi eles enganando vários clientes que estavam fazendo alinhamento. E acredito que fez meu balanceamento de qualquer jeito. Vou levar na Porto Seguro para refazer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Você solicita um serviço simples de alinhamento e balanceamento. O valor cobrado ja não é tão barato. E tentam te enganar. Condenam peças que estão 100%. No meu caso pingaram óleo na pinça de freio para simular um falso vazamento. Orçamento de 900 reais. E no alinhamento inventam que precisa fazer cambagem. Um absurdo uma empresa com 20 lojas ter essa política fraudulenta. Isso que o gerente e o funcionário combinam tudo. Passem bem longe. E o serviço é duvidoso.
Terrible. You request a simple alignment and balancing service. The amount charged is no longer so cheap. And they try to deceive you. They condemn pieces that are 100%. In my case, oil dripped on the brake caliper to simulate a false leak. Budget of 900 reais. And in the alignment, they invent that it needs to do camber. It is absurd for a company with 20 stores to have this fraudulent policy. That's what the manager and the employee combine everything. Pass far away. And the service is iffy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento em si é bom,mas você chega para trocar os pneus te vendem o mundo e o seu carro esta todo ruim. Fiz inúmeras coisas inclusive troca de velas e limpeza de bicos e o carro continua da mesma forma. Só não troquei as velas e o cabo R$ 220 e em outro lugar R$87 o mesmo cabo.
Disseram que iam enviar mensagem para os reparos em 3 meses,mas até hoje não chegou e não levo mais nessa rede,pois perderam totalmente minha credibilidade e NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM.
The service itself is good, but you arrive to change the tires, they sell you the world and your car is all bad. I've done numerous things including changing spark plugs and cleaning nozzles and the car remains the same. I just didn't change the spark plugs and the cable R$ 220 and in another place R$ 87 the same cable.
They said they would send a message for repairs in 3 months, but it hasn't arrived until today and I don't take it anymore on this network, because they totally lost my credibility and I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Atendimento rápido , porém fazem venda casada, acharam vários defeitos n meu carro , peça do freio estava quebrada , não fiquem na sala de espera ....
Um bom pai sempre vigia seu filho ....
