★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com esta loja não foi boa fiz uma troca de peneus me deram garantia de um bom serviço pediram para que eu fizesse alinhamento e cambagen na loja eu sai da loja e a pouco km dirigidos depois a roda em que ele mexeram saiu do carro uma experiência horrível e não fui ressarcido e me trataram muito mal ao ir atrás dos meu direitos.. recomendo que nunca nem passem perto desta loja
 My experience with this store was not good I did a change of tires they gave me a guarantee of good service they asked me to make alignment and cambagen at the store I left the store and a few km after the wheel they moved it left the car a horrible experience and I was not reimbursed and they treated me very badly when I went after my rights. I recommend that you never even go near this store

Sempre há algo a ser feito, preste atenção no que é dito, porque sempre querem te induzir a fazer o serviço naquele momento e o preço é salgado. Tem que chegar cedo ou de tarde para noite, pois durante o dia (10:30 às 17:00) tem um pico alto de veículos, principalmente nos finais de semana. Como está localizado dentro do estacionamento coberto, se tiver bastante veículos na frente é provável que não haverá vagas de estacionamento no piso, o que pode ser um problema.
Conselho: se você for fazer uma revisão, veja todos os problemas apresentados e não feche negócio de imediato! É sério, não feche negócio de imediato! Pegue o orçamento apresentado, leve seu veículo em outro local de confiança e peça uma segunda opinião! Aposto que você terá uma visão melhor dos problemas e, principalmente, de preço!
Se for fazer a troca dos pneus comprados no Carrefour, vão achar vários problemas e peças a serem trocadas e o conselho que dou é fazer a mesma coisa de quem for fazer a revisão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e funcionários não qualificados... Gerente Pamela não sabe explicar nada! Tive dor de cabeça ao ir duas vezes e eles não acertaram o balanceamento no carro falando que a roda estava torta... Fiz o balanceamento em outro local e ficou bom ! Não me reembolsaram... Sem falar dos preços abusivos. Passem longe dessa loja para não ter dor de cabeça!
Bad service and unqualified employees... Manager Pamela doesn't know how to explain anything! I had a headache when I went twice and they didn't get the balance right in the car saying that the wheel was crooked... I did the balancing in another place and it was good! They didn't refund me... Not to mention the abusive prices. Stay away from this store so you don't have a headache!

Quem estive interesse de troca pneus, procura outra empresa..
Pessemo atendimento ao cliente, troquei os pneus do meu carro com eles, porem depois que fiz o pagamento eles me disseram que não tinha feito o alinhamento pq a máquina estava quebrada,
Falou pra mim ir laa no shopping Taboão, a espera laa era de 6 carros na minha frente ( 1 hora ) cada carro. NÃO RECOMENDO...
