★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que instalei o aplicativo não consigo acessar . Não atende o as ligações. É não solucionam os problemas enviados. Detalhe , tanto eu quanto a empresa no qual eu trabalho tentamos de tudo . Mas não conseguimos retorno.

Esqueci a senha eletrônica e não dá pra arrumar está dando erro no email cadastrado pede para contactar a cooperativa aí se liga e nunca atendem
Service is bad.
App doesn't work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse aplicativo está horrível, não está aceitando minha senha eletrônica pra fazer o empréstimo está dando q tá errada não está enviando uma nova pro meu email, ngm responder meus e-mails, fiquei quase uma hora na ligação esperando alguém atender e nada, vão espera terminar o prazer pra querer resolver ?
This application is horrible, it is not accepting my electronic password to make the loan it is giving me that it is wrong it is not sending a new one to my email, nobody responds to my emails, I spent almost an hour on the call waiting for someone to answer and nothing, go wait finish the pleasure to want to solve ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não e nunca respondem o e-mail, quando resolvem responder, já passou do prazo do que se era necessário para resolver, telefone ? Existe? Você liga e nunca atendem, isso por que é das 10 às 16, já cheguei a ficar 49 minutos e nada de atenderem, desisti.
Terrible service, they don't and they never answer the email, when they decide to answer, it's already past the deadline of what was needed to solve it, phone? Exists? You call and they never answer, that's because it's from 10 am to 4 pm, I stayed 49 minutes and they didn't answer, I gave up.
