★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma inscrição em um curso e paguei com cartão de crédito, em contrato informaram que poderia rescindir o contrato em até 7 dias, e teria o dinheiro estornado. Fui apenas um dia e pedi o estorno no segundo dia. Tenho o comprovante do pedido de estorno assinado pelo financeiro, porém nunca realizam meu estorno de quase 1500 reais. Já entrei em contato diversas vezes, sem solução! Essa situação ja se arrasta por um ano. Não a mais o que fazer senão entrar na justiça. Diante do ocorrido não indico o cursinho para ninguém, pela falta de honestidade e transparência por parte da administração financeira do local.
I enrolled in a course and paid with a credit card, in a contract they said I could terminate the contract in up to 7 days, and the money would be refunded. I went only one day and asked for a chargeback on the second day. I have the proof of the chargeback request signed by the financial officer, but they never carry out my chargeback of almost 1500 reais. I have contacted you several times, without a solution! This situation has been going on for a year. No more to do but get to justice. In view of the event, I do not recommend the course to anyone, due to the lack of honesty and transparency on the part of the local financial administration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a ninguém!Não cumpre o que promete,,inclusive tentei um acordo pelo Procon, pois tentei fazer a troca de um curso que a atendente garantiu que eu poderia trocar futuramente,não aceitaram de forma alguma fazer a troca,,,,tentarei resolver no judicial,mas não vou ficar prejudicado.....
I do not recommend it to anyone! It does not deliver what it promises, I even tried an agreement by Procon, because I tried to change a course that the attendant guaranteed I could change in the future, they did not accept in any way to do the exchange ,,,, I will try resolve in the judicial, but I will not be harmed .....
